Established in 2018, Guanrui is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of audio products. Our Products
Our products mainly include air conduction headphones, bone conduction headphones, gaming TWS/ENC TWS/TWS earbuds, and Bluetooth glasses.
3,500-square-meter Factory
Our facility spans 3,500 square meters and employs over 300 staff members operating across 40 production lines. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI certifications, along with more than 50 invention and utility model patents. Our operations include one main production workshop, 2 SMT production lines, and 5 assembly lines in the Chinese mainland. Our production management and engineering personnel possess over 10 years of experience in the acoustic product industry.
R&D Team
The core members of our R&D team each have more than 10 years of development experience and technological expertise within the headset industry. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
To support these functions effectively, the department is organized into specialized teams: The Quality System & Engineering team handles system building, standard setting, and advanced quality planning for new products. The Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team focuses solely on inspecting incoming materials. Line-based Quality Inspection teams conduct in-process (IPQC), final (FQC), and outgoing (OQC) quality checks. Finally, the Reliability Testing Lab, with its specialized equipment, is responsible for Design Verification Testing (DVT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), and other reliability tests.
